Private lessons are available upon request and highly recommended! Thip will come to a requested location (your bungalow, favorite beach, etc.) at an agreed time. You will be provided with a yoga mat/blocks. Private lessons can be for a day or a week or any duration you would like to have one-on-one instruction for. About Yoga

I have injured my neck before. Can I still practice yoga?

Yes, under the supervision from instructor. I recommend Hatha, Yin or Slow yoga for those who have injuries. Please let me know in advance so I can guide you in the safest way possible.

How many sessions are recommended to feel any benefits?

Normally after 3 classes in case of Ashtanga yoga. Many students feel immediate tension release even after one class.

I am pregnant. Can I still practice yoga?

Yes, however, you will need to be careful so as not to twist your body, therefore it is recommended to use blocks for support. Blocks are provided for free in all of my classes.

I have recently given birth. Can I still practice yoga?

Yes, I highly recommend practicing yoga after giving birth as you tend to have a lot of emotion (I was one of them!). Hatha, Yin, or Slow yoga are the best choices.

Can kids join the yoga classes?

I do not recommend children of 5 years old or younger practicing yoga alone. If you want to practice together with your children, that’s absolutely no problem!

Am I ever too old to practice yoga?

No, I have had students in their 70s! You can also practice Ashtanga (the more physically demanding type of yoga) even if you’re in your 60s with the right instruction and fundamental physical strengths.

About Booking & Payment

How do I book a yoga session?

If you are staying at a hotel I am scheduled to teach at (see above for Schedule & Prices), you can book a session through the front desk. If you are staying at other resorts/hotels, no booking is required. Simply walk-in.

How do I pay?

If you are booking a class through your resort’s front desk, you will be asked to pay there in advance. I you are walking-in, please pay me directly in cash.
