I am Thip.

My name is Thip, I live and teach yoga on Koh Lanta, and have done for many years. My focus is Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and my practice is on 2nd series (Intermediate series), a more advanced practice which, although physically demanding, can bring deeper focus and self awareness.

I am passionate about yoga practice and have personally experienced its benefits, and I would love to share my passion for yoga with others.

My teaching is for all levels, and I also teach Hatha, Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. I will guide you to the asana and the breathing techniques, and I will keep you safe with hand and posture adjustments.
